I recently sold my Fiddlers Creek 3K sq ft coach home within 2 weeks of the listing date, January 1, 2019, and closed on February 5th! Even though my hold sold that quickly, I got a sales price well above market – I couldn’t be happier. None of this would have happened without Debbie Gardiner – she was terrific!

Deb did a great job understanding my needs – she’s a great listener. At the same time, she offered many useful ideas based on her experience. She’s very skilled at developing interpersonal relationships and was invaluable during the negotiations phase of the sale. The day of closing, she even helped me pack, although that’s a service she probably wouldn’t want me to mention lol.

I would certainly recommend Deb to anyone and everyone and would absolutely work with her on my next move!
